Raymond Quickfall
Ray Quickfall is a self-taught artist, born in Newcastle with a love for his home city and the surrounding area, which is apparent in is work.
He received a BA in fine art at the age of sixty-three and is author and illustrator of "Quays to Newcastle"
Ray paints mainly in watercolour but occasionally also uses oils and acrylics.
His main subjects are nocturnal scenes of Newcastle and other local towns.
Here is a selection of his work. All available as prints (apart from the charcoal original) in two sizes: 30 x 22 cm and 38 x 27 cm
